DIY Chocolate Bar Wrappers // Easy Gifts!
August 01, 2015I hope this post finds you all in nice and comfortable weather (I know we've been having some scorchers all across the nation this past week)! Although it is hot, I still thought I'd share this cute DIY with you all because everyone loves chocolate all the time. Be sure to stay until the end to see the video!
These cute pair of candy delights will be sure to please anyone you give them to. To start off, I used Hershey Chocolate Bars (the regular size, not king size or miniature, but you can do this project with any size candy bar). For my patterned paper I cut it to 5 1/2" by 5 3/8" then adhered it around the candy bar.
The label on the left hand side is from Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels One and I cut it in half to make two halves. Once that was done I pulled out my Fiskars stamp set called Thank You by Teresa Collins and used two stamps. I stamped them both in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. For a little extra pizzazz I added two pearls on the ends of my swirl design that I stamped.
For the other side of the front of the bar I added these adorable wooden tags. I used some brown thin satin ribbon to attach them and tied them into a bow.
And ta-da! Two adorable and easy DIY gifts that will make any friend smile. These are very customizable for any occasion from thank yous, to party favors, to a birthday gift! I hope you enjoyed this DIY here's the video of how I did it!
