Adding Holiday Cheer to your Dorm!

With the Christmas spirit in full force at least at home I wanted to bring a little Christmas spirit into my own dorm room! Here's a few of my own ideas!
To start off I have been dreaming about decorating my dorm for Christmas since I bought this mini Christmas tree on clearance over a year ago.
Here she is in all of her glory. I purchased this tree at Joann's. The ornaments were purchased on clearance at Target from last year. I had some spare ribbon so I decided to attempt to make a tree topper for my little tree.
Another great idea to decorate your dorm is to make a little bunting or banner with colors of your choice. Check out my banner making tutorial here for some inspiration!
Since my dorm room is blue this year it made sense to go with a blue and silver theme. Try adding some frilly lights or ribbons and bows to spruce up the place. If you haven't seen my tutorial to make frilly fairy lights check that out here!
