Feel Better Tag // Easy DIY

Hi crafty friends! I am back with another one of my cute crafty tags. This time I am featuring a really adorable stamp set from Create A Smile Stamps featuring some adorable animals. I picked out this one little nurse mouse to use for a little get better sentiment. I started with a base that is 7 Gypsies tag which I find takes well to distress inks. I used my distress ink blending tool and the color Candied Apple to create an ombre background.
Once I had the red base down, I started on my little mouse. I stamped this nurse mouse on some white cardstock using Staz-on black ink. Then, I grabbed my watercolor palette and watercolored my little friend. I used a light gray for the body, light pink for the inner ears, and then red for the cross on the hat. I then needed to stamp a sentiment to go with my mouse friend. I chose one from the set that reads "feel better" because it can be used for a variety of occasions.
To complete this little tag, I used some Paper Studio silver glitter enamel dots. I also used some red twine to create a bow at the top of my tag. This makes it easier to attach to whatever I may be attaching it to. I hope you enjoyed this little tag idea! Thanks for stopping by!
