2 Ingredient Baking // Pumpkin Cake Cookies
November 03, 2015Howdy folks & happy November! I hope you're all braving the cold weather that's moving in. Since, Autumn is fleeting rather quickly I decided to share another one of the recipes from Cookies & Cups that I used for my bake sale. These easy peasy delicious cookies will sell quickly so be sure to try them out soon.
All you will need is a box of spiced cake mix and a can of pumpkin puree. To start you'll want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, you will want to mix both of your ingredients together until smooth. Place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and put small scoops of the batter two inches apart. Let these little treats bake until they start to get golden (around 15 minutes). Put them on a drying rack to cool then package them to sell! How simple?!
So, this is what the batter will look like when you combine all the ingredients. I also want to add this will bring an amazing smell to your whole home!
Just make nice dollops onto a cookie sheet and then pop them into the oven!
Once they are cooked, you'll realize that they don't flatten down...at all. They are also much more spongy than I expected (just for a heads up), but they're still just as delicious as I had earlier mentioned.
Once you try these be sure to head over to Cookies & Cups and give her a little love for coming up with so many amazing and delicious recipes!
