Vermont - 6x8 Pocket Page Process // Episode V - Summer of Stories

August 15, 2019

As you can tell from the title of this post, we're changing it up! I'm back to working on a 6x8 spread for this Episode of Summer of Stories! If you'd like to continue seeing 6x8 pocket page process videos let me know in the comments down below!

This is a double-page spread with two 4x6 pockets on the left and four 3x4 pockets on the right. Most of these pockets are filled with photos so I had to get creative with embellishing and titling! I use the blank space in the photos as a perfect spot for small embellishment clusters and tucking in titles.

The video above gives you an idea of the full process that I went through, but if you want even more details, check out my Patreon for the real-time process video! Below are some close ups of the filler cards I designed.

Since I cut one of my photos too small for the pocket, I decided to cut it even smaller and put it on top of a 3x4 pattern paper piece. I used stickers to my advantage on this page to help create small clusters. I did include a teeny bit of stamping on these cards, which still counts in an effort to stamp more!

I hope you enjoyed this 6x8 spread! Thank you so much for stopping by! Don't forget to grab your free download below!
