VIDEO: Graduation Chipboard Mini Album Process // Pages 9 + 10

February 09, 2018

Friends, I can hardly believe that this is the end of my mini album! I am so happy that this unplanned project is complete. While I will still be sharing my full flip through on my channel these are the last process video pages!

This spread features some of my favorite photos of myself and my other favorite grads. The left page is a photo of my boyfriend and I and the right page is my boyfriend, my brother, and I. The left page is another combo page background. I used a scrap piece from the Blue Blooms paired with a light cream colored pattern from Kaiser Craft. I hope you enjoy the process video down below.

I got to use some super old stash on this page mixed in with some newer product. I layered my photo with scrap pieces of patterned paper from the Blue Blooms paper pad. To the left of my photo is an adorable sticker set of a cap and gown from K & Company.

To the right side of the photo, I used some washi rape as a divider between the two patterned papers. These washi tapes are from Recollections and American Crafts. I did a tiny bit of embellishing to take up some of the space. The giant puffy sticker is from Pink Fresh Studio, then the "celebrate" and heart stickers are from American Crafts.

On the right hand page, I wanted minimal embellishing since it is such a large photo. Plus, I didn't want to overpower the left hand page. I created a small cluster in the bottom left using a chipboard tag sticker from American Crafts paired with a small title. The "3" is from Paige Evans and the "grads" is a Heidi Swapp sticker set. I also tucked a little puffy sticker that says "OMG!" next to the binder rings.

Lastly, we have the back cover! This is a photo of myself standing in front of the business building where I spent a majority of my time. I layered this photo on a dark piece of patterned paper from the Blue Blooms paper pad since the background is a lighter color scheme. I did minimal embellishing because I was afraid the back of the album might get fairly beat up over the years.

I settled on this chipboard phrase sticker from Maggie Holmes and a puffy sticker from Pink Fresh Studio. These add just a little bit of something without too much. That's it for my mini album! I will have a flip through up on my channel soon so you can see the whole thing together. I hope you've enjoyed! Thanks for stopping by!
